Additional Information – Conditions – Restrictions

Renter must be at least 25 years of age, have a clean driving record and have good credit.

Renter’s social security number is required to rent.

Rental Period begins the afternoon of your scheduled departure (1-4pm) and ends the morning of your scheduled return (11am).

Prepaid Cleaning option is available for $69.
Prepaid Waste Evacuation option is available for $50.

Insurance

Insurance must be provided by the renter either through their personal carrier or purchased directly from MBAChoice.com Insurance for $15 per day with a $10 service fee and a $500 deductible.

Payment - Deposit

Refundable security deposits are required to reserve an RV and are refundable within 15 days of return (depending on condition of RV).

Estimated RV rental charges are due in advance 30 days prior to departure.
Brumback Rentals accepts cash, Personal Check, Business Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Visa & MasterCard.

A 3% service fee is applied if credit card is not swiped.
American Express is not accepted.

Cancellation

60 days and beyond departure date, the charge is $100 for Motor homes and $50 for Trailers.

15-59 days prior to departure you forfeit half of your deposit.

14 days or less prior to departure 50% of all money collected is refundable.
Or 100% of all money collected can be applied to a future RV rental – good for one year from cancellation date.

Other Important Information

The Renter must be 25 years of age, have a valid major credit card, and is the only person authorized to sign the rental agreement and drive the vehicle off our lot.

All additional drivers must have a clean driving record, be at least 25 years old, be present at the time of departure and have their valid picture driver's license.

Brumback Rentals reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value prior to departure, or refund your deposit due to availability of vehicle.

No refund will be issued if you return the RV prior to your scheduled return date.

The rental vehicle is not permitted in to Mexico or Alaska or off road, unpaved or otherwise rough roadways.

Smoking, pets or towing of any type is strictly prohibited.

Secured parking is available for $3.00 per day or $15.00 per week.
Brumback Rentals will not be held liable for any and all vehicles stores on its property.

Generator hours - $5 per hour or $20 per night unlimited use.
